Who we are
Mhatre Innovations is a sole proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra, run by Omkar Mhatre (GSTIN 27GTDPM5913E1ZN). We decide how any personal information you send through this website is handled, which under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 makes us the Data Fiduciary for it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you picked and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else. We do not ask for and never collect payment card details through this website.
When you simply browse: Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. We use this to see which pages are useful, not to identify you.
Why we need it
Only to reply to you and to quote for the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Your enquiry travels to our own Amazon Web Services account in the Mumbai region and arrives as an email at hello@mhatreinnovations.com, which is hosted with GoDaddy. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The site itself is served from Amazon CloudFront, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and analytics is Google Analytics 4. Those companies see the technical request, such as your IP address, as they would for any website.
Cookies and your browser
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count returning visits. We also store your chosen language on your own device so the site opens in it next time — that never leaves your browser. You can clear or block all of this in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation and for our tax and GST records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep an invoice.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will act on it within a reasonable time, at no cost. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
